He is survived by: his wife Edith Meadows; his children, Tony Meadows and Sandy Meadows of Teresa Meadows; his grandchildren, Shana Clary (Adam), Tasha Bowlin (Mike), Keesha Watts, Tyler Meadows and Nathaniel Meadows; and his great grandchildren, Ella Bowlin, Brody Bowlin, Landon Clary and Raelee Clary.
