She was predeceased by : her parents, Kenis Darnell and June Taylor Darnell; her sister Sue Whitaker; and her nieces and nephews, Vikki and Valerie Elswick.
She is survived by : her husband Mike; her former life partner Michael E. Pennington; her daughter Andrea Hope Pennington; her mother-in-law Margaret Davidson of Clearfield; her sister Virgie Carter; her niece Allison Ward of Lexington; and her close friend Faye Lenning of Ashland. She is also survived by other relatives; dear friends.
Due to the COVID-19 regulations set forth by the Governor, a private service will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals with Carolyn DeHoff and the Rev. Johnny Hatfield officiating.
