She is survived by : her brother David Wayne Waddle; her children, Samantha Jean Waddle (Chris Pergrem) of Owingsville and Jamie Daniel Ball; her granddaughters, Paisley and Chloe Pergram; her brother Donald R. Waddle of Salt Lick; and her stepdaughter Jenna Aileen Staton of Clearfield.
