He is survived by : his daughter Lora Lynn Tinsley; his grandson Damion Dylan Tinsley of Clearfield; and his sisters, Helen McKinney of Morehead and Ruth Blevins of Indiana. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
