Sterling, Robert James Skaggs of Clearfield and Jaxon Lee Skaggs of Clearfield; her fiancé Kyle Skaggs of Clearfield; her siblings, Robert Allen Wagoner of Carter County, Kentucky, Brittany Wagoner of Louisa, Amanda Frederick of Elliott County, Kentucky and Michelle Wagoner of Elliott County, Kentucky; and her grandparents, Robert and Freida Wagoner of Clearfield.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt & Son Home For Funerals, Inc. (400 Fraley Dr, Morehead, KY 40351). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at the Thomas Cemetery.
