He is survived by: his wife Pauline Utterback Fugett; his sons, William Fugett, Jr. of Havana and Rodney Fugett (Sandy) of Morehead, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jessie Fugett and Shelby Halliday (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Saylor and Andi Halliday; his siblings, Dwayne P. Fugett (Janice) and Norma Jean Adams (Lawrence) of New Carlisle, Ohio; and his brother-in-law Barry Ferguson of Flatwoods. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as extended family.
