He was predeceased by : his wife Jo Ann "Jody" Hatter; and his parents, Elam Powers and Nerva Lee Powers. He is survived by : his sons, Kenneth Powers (Jeanette) and Donald Ray Powers; his grandchildren, Emily Dean, Christopher Powers (Jessica Cason) and Shelby Powers; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Jacob, Mac, Bella, Meadow and Eevee.
