With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Wheeler Mills (Clinton, Kentucky), who passed away on March 12, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Dr. Clarence Jerome Mills (CJ); her grandson Dane Bizzle; her parents, Halford Wheeler and Ruby Marie Pittman Wheeler; and her brother Larry Wheeler.

She is survived by : her daughters, Laura Harrington (Dan) of Lexington and Leslie Bizzle (Shane) of Clinton; her granddaughters, Liz Pendleton (Britt) of Lexington, KY, Natalie Tsang (Jon) of Atlanta, GA, Hannah Harrington of Jeffersonville, IN, Meredith Rodgers (Rodney) of Bremerton, WA and Haley Carr (Colton) of Union City, TN; and her great grandchild Brennon Pendleton of Lexington, KY..
