She was predeceased by : her husband John Gitterle; her parents, Morris Cooper and Pearl Thomas Cooper; her siblings, Tom Cooper, Bill Cooper, Bob Cooper, Peg Houser, Lucy Adams and Betty Knight; and her son-in-law Dale Richmond.

She is survived by : her children, Nancy Richardson (Harry) of Mayfield, Sonja Diane Richmond of Mayfield, Vickie Marr (Nick Staykov) and Danny Gitterle (Mary); and her grandchildren, Tina Vinson (Josh), Danette Haufe (Mark), Marlene Arteta (Ernesto), Joe Gitterle (Beth), Andrea Sharres (Tom), Chris Richmond (Tracie), T. J. Richmond (Beth), Ian Marr (Katie) and Jonathan Marr (Katie).
