Hamilton of Cloverport, KY; his children, Dr. Dustin Hamilton (Elizabeth) of Louisville, KY and Misty Eisiminger (John) of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Emmy, Natnael, Lily, David, Robert, Jackson Hamilton, Jared and Sadie Eisiminger; and his sisters, Beverly Hamilton Jennings (Hal), Glenda Hamilton Kebortz (Kevin) and Terrie Sharp (Dwight). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
