He was predeceased by : his sisters, Jeannie Bennett and Buffy Cummins; his father Tommy Cummins; and his son Tony Cummins. He is survived by : his mother Twila Jean Vittitow; his stepfather Daniel Vittitow; his sisters, Rhianna Defee (Bobby Defee) and Amanda Wroblewski; and his children, Chasity Cummins, Toni Cummins, Elizabeth Cummins, Kanvas Cummins and DJ Cummins. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
