He was predeceased by : his parents, Benjamin Kisler and Elvie Breland Crosby; and his wife Rena Benton Crosby. He is survived by : his daughter Debra Crosby Harrelson of Columbia, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Jessica Scott (Josh) of Summersville Kentucky and Neil Harrelson, Jr. (Samantha) of Columbia, Kentucky; his great grandchildren, Emily, Tilly, Xander and Kloe; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Levi, Logan and Abby. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
