She was predeceased by : her parents, Elbert Ross and Minnie Banks Hubbard; her son David Keltner; her great grandchild Case Wayde Keltner; and her siblings, Samuel Louis Hubbard, Maxine Rowe, Martha Gaskins and Lois Ruth Hutchison.

She is survived by : her husband Allen Simpson Keltner; her children, Peggy Ann Curry (Gary) of Columbia, KY and Billy Wayde Keltner (Sondra) of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Jason Curry, Michael Keltner (Amanda), Sarah Veatch and Brandy Spicer; her great grandchildren, Kimber Keltner, David Veatch and Lennie Veatch; and her daughter-in-law Tanda Keltner of Lebanon, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
