She is survived by: her children, Patricia Hensley of Combs, KY, Roy Hensley of Combs, KY and Samuel Hensley Spencer of Combs, KY; her siblings, William Jake Hensley (Barbara) of Dayton, OH, Franch Hensley of Dayton, OH and Rannie Patterson of Dayton, OH; her grandsons, Garland, Gary and Greg Hamblin; and her great grandchild Christian Hamblin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
