He was predeceased by: his father Ray Sebastian Jr.; his brother Dave Sebastian; and his grandparents, Ray, Polly Sebastian, Elbert and Laura Garrett.

He is survived by: his mother Lena Faye Garrett Sebastian; his children, Pamela Sebastian, Shannon Sebastian and Ronnie Lee Sebastian Jr. (Kaylyn); his siblings, Darlene Tremblay (Dan), Carolyn Edwards (Johnny), Lena Wooton (Dean), Polly Baker (Chris) and Harvey Sebastian (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Paislee Blake Miller (Adalyn Dawn Sebastian) and Smiley (Ozma Woolum). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
