He was predeceased by: his mother Janet; his grandparents, Lewis Hager, Cora Hager and Ephram Ray Reece; and his uncle Mike Eden.
He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Autumn Marie Hager and Gabriel Matthew Hager; his father David W. Hager; his grandmother Lillie D. Reece; and his siblings, David Ray Hager (Kristie), Christine Y. Eden, Cynthia F. Edgar (John) and Patricia L. King (Larry). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to assist the family with final expenses.
