He was predeceased by: his former wife Brenda Sinkhorn Killion; his parents, Charlie Killion and Faye Killion; and his brothers, Donnie Killion, Alvin D. Killion (Little), Chris Killion and Palmer Killion.

He is survived by: his wife Vickie E. Killion; his daughter Lisa Weaver (Jon); his granddaughter Samantha Meranta (Brett); his stepsons, Victor Bramlett (Katrina) and Deacon Bramlett (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Sydney, Hayden and Chayse Meranta; his stepgrandchildren, Callie Johnson, Jocelynn Johnson and Alice Bramlett; his siblings, Ed Killion, Willard Killion, Charles Killion (Bug), Dorothy Douglas, Cleo Hail and Naomi Brock; his mother-in-law Kathleen Smith; and his pet Sophie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Keavy D.A.V or Bluegrass Navigators (Hospice).
