She is survived by: her significant other Aaron Roark; her children, Aaron Jason Roark of Corbin, Kentucky, Brittany Price of Corbin, Kentucky and Daniel Roark of Corbin, Kentucky; and her siblings, Phillip Hollinsworth of Berne, Indiana, Jerry Hollinsworth of Berne, Indiana, Jennifer Ervin of Berne, Indiana, Sherri Rogers of Portland, Indiana and Patty Hollinsworth of Corbin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
