She was predeceased by: her parents, Adrian Napier and Cammie Napier; and her siblings, Bill Napier, Critt Napier, Frankie Napier, Nancy Mason, Betty Bain and May Melford.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis M. Sanders, Jr. (Tammy) and Anna Duff (Pete); her grandchildren, Blake Sanders (Kacie), Chase Sanders, Justin Duff (Apple), Amanda Duff and Andrea Ward; her great grandchildren, Edynn, Hadassah, Trinity, Brandon, Caleb, Emma and Kylie; her sons, Letch Day (Angie) and Shawn Sanders (Samantha); and her sister Sarah Lewis. She is also survived by other relatives and numerous friends.
