She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Conard Clark of Slate Road; her parents, Charlie Virgil and Pearley Easter Tuttle Frazier; and her siblings, Ronnie Ray Frazier, Randall Frazier and Brenda Kay Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Conard Clark (Posey) of Corbin, Kentucky. and Teresa Gail Peabody (Shawn) of Corbin, Kentucky.; and her siblings, Larry Dewayne Frazier (Elizabeth) of Lily, Shelia Marie Frazier Maggard of Corbin and Freda Mae Driscol of Dallas, Georgia..
