She is survived by: her son Randy Lee Smith of Corbin, Kentucky; and her siblings, Joan Colley (Rick) of Virginia, Nancy Barnes (Jim) of Monticello, Kentucky, Paul Fuller (Allene "Jan") of Monticello, Kentucky, Danny Fuller of Ohio, Gary Fuller of Illinois and Bobby Fuller (Patricia) of Winchester, Kentucky.
