He is survived by: his wife Roberta Faulkner Evans of LaFollette, TN.; his son Scott Evans (Monika) of Cincinnati, OH.; his grandchildren, Andrew Adkins (Sharae) of Hamilton, OH. and Ashley Mike (Bisschop) of Corbin, KY.; and his siblings, Kafey Hensley of Bean Station, TN. and Andy Evans (Joann) of Caryville, TN.. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
