He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith of Meadville, PA; his children, Diana Runion (Bryan), Karen Hyatt (Doug) and Brian Carroll; his grandsons, Jimmy and Jonathan Runion; and his siblings, Don, Pat, Lynn Carroll and Charlene Carroll.
