He is survived by: his children, Arlene Baker of Science Hill, Danny Bingham (Brenda Kaye) of Celina, Terry Bingham (Sheila) of Corbin, Costello Bingham, Jr. of Corbin, Peggy Taylor of Keavy, Damon Bingham (April) of Fariston, Kimberly Witt (Buzz) of Corbin and Tiffany Dempsey (Frankie) of Greenup, Kentucky.. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
