It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Craig L. Carter of Corbin, Kentucky, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on July 19, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carter and Guendelen Rose Carter; and his siblings, Wayne Carter and Sharon Green. He is survived by: his husband William "Bill" Walls; his daughters, Suzanne Alva (Aaron) of Crossville and Stephanie Marquez (Jeffery) of Joliet, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Gabriel Alva, Mariana Alva and Carter Marquez; and his niece Laura Green.
