He is survived by: his mother Patricia Pennington Morgan; his daughters, Priscilla Pennington and Heather Noel; his grandchildren, Alexis Napier, Haley Napier, Brooklyn Napier, Madison Kerr, Abigayle Clagg, Kamryn Noel, Aubre Noel Lydia Noel and Russell Noel; his great grandchild Colton Napier; his siblings, Charlie Pennington (Angel) of Barbourville, Les Kendall Pennington (Eva) of Jacksonville, Sarah J. Wiley and Lori Pennington (Danny Childers); and his close friend Connie Creech.
