He was predeceased by: his brother David Ashley. He is survived by: his wife Diane Ashley of Corbin; his daughters, Sarah Ashley and Katie Ashley of Corbin; his mother Sarah Ashley of Corbin; his sister Kathy Tremaine (Darrell) of Corbin; his sibling's children, Lori Barton (Duane) of Corbin and Todd Tremaine (Alice) of Corbin; his great-nephews, Jared, Brody, Bryce, Lucas and Alex; his parents-in-law, Jenne Treadway Lexington and Don Treadway of Corbin; his sister-in-law Donna Treadway of Corbin; his aunt Shirley Kinsland of South Carolina; and his cousin Susan Rowe (Michael) of South Carolina.
In Lieu of Flowers memorials may be made to the White Flag Ministry or the First Baptist Youth Program.
