She was predeceased by: her parents, James Johnson and Velva Johnson; and her siblings, Ernest Johnson, Alice Roark, Pauline Bruner and Marie Cima.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly Holstein and Anthony Phipps (Leanna); her grandchildren, James Holstein (Olivia), Natasha Machek (Stephen) and Destiny Dooley; her great grandchildren, Allie and Sophie Holstein; and her siblings, Jack Johnson, James Johnson, Jean Mace, Irene Watkins, Pamela Warren, Patricia Payne, Rose Mullins and Sheila Boyd. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
