He is survived by: his wife Martha Woods Gay; his children, Sonya Michelle Ogg and Jonathan Douglas Gay; his brother James Randell Gay (Anita) of London, KY; his grandchildren, Kyle Douglas Polley, Hannah Nicole Polley, McKenzi Leigh Ogg, Gabriel Lincoln Smith, Gracelynn Kaye Marie Smith and Gunnar James Douglas Gay; and his great grandchild Audrey Elizabeth Rose Johnson (Boosa).
