He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Smith and Dallas Smith; and his sisters, Blanche Ward and Beulah Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith; his daughters, Tina Jarvis (James) and Connie Lanham; his grandchildren, Tiffany Jarvis, Jeff Jarvis, Brandy Lanham and Levi Lanham; and his siblings, J. D. Smith, Mary Rapier, John Smith and Brenda Underwood (Bill). He is also survived by many other relatives and numerous friends.
