She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Shirley Casper Blair; her sisters, Vickey Banks and Usley Sue Blair; her grandson Kenneth Edward Rhodus; and her grandmother Louella Bernice Collett.
She is survived by: her husband Tony Rhodus of Corbin, KY; her daughters, Becky Hay (Wesley) of Rockholds, KY and Tonya Goff (Micheal) of Corbin, KY; her siblings, Shelia York (Charles) of Ohio, Tammy Sams of Corbin, KY, Charlene Richter (Josh) of Alabama, Cythia Money (Brian) of Corbin, KY and John Wayne (Susie); and her grandchildren, Austen Goff, Whitney Goff, Jacob Hay and Elijah Hay.
