He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillie Osborne and Pearlie Osborne; his wife Iva Darlene Osborne; and his siblings, Rebecca Osborne, Willie Osborne and Marcus Osborne.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jessie Holland of Hyden and Paul W. Osborne of London; and his siblings' children, Diana Rice (Earnel) and James Jones (Helen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
