He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Sizemore and Sophie Collins Sizemore; his wife Donna Kay Turner Sizemore; his daughter Greta Mae Sizemore; his granddaughter Donna Sizemore; and his brothers, Paul, John Henry, Mannon and George Sizemore.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Lee Sizemore Whitaker (Mac) and Ott Sizemore (Jenny); his grandchildren, Floyd Whitaker (Melissa), Leah Sizemore, Gary Sizemore, Mackenzie Whitaker Collins (Jacob), Tanner Sizemore and Hollee Sizemore; and his great grandchildren, Addison Nicole Whitaker and Levi Collins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends.
