He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnson; his brothers, Wayne and Raymond; his children, Steve (Christina), Dennis (Sabine), Charlie (Eddie) and LeeAnn; his grandchildren, Steven, Scott, Kirbi, Kody, Noah, Eva, Savannah, Ana Elle, Macy, Samuel, Analia and Nailah; and his close friends, Terry, Rhonda Stanton and Jamey Swafford. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews.
