He is survived by: his children, Gary DeZarn of Lexington, KY, Darrell Emery DeZarn (Angela) of Flat Lick, KY and Shon Morgan (Becky) of Cincinnati, OH; his stepdaughter Dinah Jarvis (Kenneth) of Barbourville, KY; his former wife Wanda Farris Lee; and his siblings, Robert DeZarn of Calhoun, KY, Lillie Ledbetter (Jimmy) of Caddo Gap, AR, Jewell Burke (Jim) of Shepherdsville, KY and Phyllis Feltner (Eddie) of East Bernstadt, KY.
