With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Don Phillips (Corbin, Kentucky), who passed away on September 22, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonah Phillips and Effie Phillips; and his siblings, Harold, Hillard Phillips, Zettie Sturgill and Juanita Sams.

He is survived by: his wife Gwen Phillips; his children, Sherry Cox (Alan) and Chris Phillips (Angie); his grandchildren, Jessica Kremer (Joe), Jordan Schwartz (Conner), C. J. Phillips, Cassidy Cox, Chase Phillips and Aubrey Phillips; his great grandchildren, Landon and Kennedy Kremer; and his sister Margie Scott (Herman).

Memorial donations are suggested to the Hospice of Louisville.
