She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Alice Smith; her husband Fred Reynolds; her daughter Bonnie Reynolds Caudill; her parents-in-law, Ed and Bonnie Reynolds; and her sisters, Jeanette Sullivan, Juanita Gabbard and Mary Jo Jackson.
She is survived by: her sons, Tim Reynolds (Maxi) of Hazard, KY and John Reynolds (Sherry) of Corbin, KY.; her grandchildren, Beverly Caudill, Majd Alssaman, Jodi Caudill Hall (Brian), Chrissy Caudill, Meredith Smith (Joshua), Megan Reynolds, Sydney Reynolds, Alayna Reynolds and John Cade Reynolds; her great grandchildren, Hannah Farmer, Nicholas Hall, Ella Hall, Brody Caudill and Theo Smith; and her sisters, Elsie Roll and Betty Jim Donahue. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
