She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert H. Scalf, Sr. and Dora Elva Taylor Scalf; her husband Charles D. Sulfredge, Jr.; her siblings, Nora Walton, Dr. Russell F. Scalf, Sr. and Herbert H. Scalf, Jr.; and her niece Zelah "DeDee" Scalf.
She is survived by: her son David Sulfredge; and her sibling's children, Russell F. Scalf, Jr. (Cindy), Herbert Walton (Theresa), Kayrene Scalf (Wayne Clark), Phyllis Scalf (Robert Churchey), Beth Trapp and Robin Shope (Frank). She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, and great-great nephews, as well as other relatives and friends.
