He is survived by: his wife Delilah Sue; his sons, Chris of Corbin, Kentucky., Greg (Mildred) of Corbin, Kentucky. and Patrick (Robin) of Corbin, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Rachel, Gage (Alisha), Christian, Makayla and Kody Johnson; and his brothers, Robert (Diane) and Albert Johnson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
