He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Bailey and Martha Wyatt Bailey; and his brothers, Coye Lee Bailey and Kenneth Ray Bailey (Marie Worley Bailey). He is survived by: his wife Freda Adkins Bailey of Corbin; his daughters, Melissa Bailey Bledsoe (Steven) of Corbin and Angela Bailey Lawson (Philip) of East Bernstadt; his grandchildren, Kaylin Bledsoe, Kamden Bledsoe and Samuel Lawson; and his sister Linda Wheeler of Cookeville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
