He is survived by: his wife Sonya Hummel McNeil; his sons, Michael Dustin McNeil of Lexington, Kentucky, Eric Tyler McNeil (Deborah) of Nashville, Tennessee, Jack Daniel Allen II (Susan) of Corbin and Dustin Gregory Allen (Ruth) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Liam Allen, Cooper Allen, Myles McNeil and Oliver Allen; his brother Bob McNeil (Yulonda) of Corbin; his sibling's children, Jordan McNeil (Megan), Jennifer Coble (Blair), Waylon Hummel and Gregory Hummel (Arielle); his great-nieces, Emersyn Coble and Carolyn Hummel; his great-nephew Easton Hummel; his brother-in-law Greg Hummel (Jessie); and his aunt Rhoda Woods. He is also survived by several other relatives and numerous friends.
