He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Bowker and Catherine Bowker (Jolly). He is survived by: his children, Tanya Fisher of Corbin, Teresa Kreatsoulas, Pamela Gonzalez of Ft. Myers, Florida and Jeffrey Lee Bowker of Leeroy; and his brothers, Donald Bowker of Maryland, Daniel Martin of Canada and Michael Martin of Indiana. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.
