With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Marcum of Corbin, Kentucky, who passed away on March 7, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bersee Marcum and Allie Mae Trosper (Collins); and his siblings, Margaret Catherine Trosper, Samuel Andrew Marcum, Charles Douglas Trosper, Garnet Trosper and Tom Trosper.
He is survived by: his wife Ava Marie Marcum (Baker); his sons, Thomas Marcum (Pamela) of Chesterton, Terry Marcum (Diane) and Jason Marcum of Corbin; his grandchildren, Christopher Marcum of Chesterton, David Marcum of Chesterton, Renee Hoover of England and Melissa Marcum of Kalamazoo; his great grandchild Alina Hoover of England; and his siblings, Wilma Day of Florence, Eva Lynn Covey of Florence and William Trosper of Portage, Indiana..
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, from 12:00 noon until the hour of service at 2:00 p. m. Please remember, face coverings will be required and social distancing guidelines of six feet apart will need to be followed during all our services.
