He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dewey and Lonelle Quick. He is survived by: his wife Regina Stokes Russell of London; his children, Brenda Kicsak (James) of Florida, Jimmy Russell (Shannon) of Knoxville and Jennifer Russell of Corbin; his stepchildren, Donnovon, Celeste, Chandra, Cassie and Dustin; his siblings, Barry Russell of Louisville and Jenna Lisa Miller of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Everly Russell, Emily, Sarah and Alex Kicsak.
