He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Capps and Vivian Capps (Skates); and his wife Betty Sue Capps (Taylor). He is survived by: his children, Linda Berta of Williamsburg, Fran Bradford of Lenoir City and Sherry Burress (James) of Corbin; his grandchildren, Jeremy Berta, Dirk Berta, Bryan Berta, Jason Bradford, Justin Bradford, Rebecca Westerfield, Joshua Buress and Jered Burress; his great grandchildren, Landin Bradford, Adelynn Burress and Lukas Berta; and his sister Jackie Kalishek of Wisconsin.
Due to the restrictions on the funeral home during the Covid-19 outbreak, all services will be private.
