He is survived by: his wife Theresa McKinney of Corbin, KY; his daughter Christina Myers (Warren) of Lily, KY; his grandchildren, Abijah Myers, Zebediah Myers and Selah Myers; his siblings, Carrie McKinney Huddleston of Corbin, KY, Dan McKinney of Corbin, KY and Tommy McKinney (Karen) of Corbin, KY; his mother-in-law Beulah Barnett (Willis) of Corbin, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Betty McKinney of Corbin, KY, Shela Watson (Kenneth) of Williamsburg, KY, Larry Lanham (Amy) of Corbin, KY and Gary Lanham (Kelly) of Oakland City, IN.
