He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Burnett and Lilly Belle Wynn; and his siblings, Milton E. Burnett and Edna Lucille Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Connie Gail Burnett (Peace) of Corbin, Kentucky.; his children, Scarlet Peace of Corbin, Melissa Necessary (Brian) of Corbin and Tyler Burnett of Corbin; his grandchildren, Nikki Glanton (Shelby Hubbs), Tiffany Elliott, Amber Glanton, Kayla Howard (Josh), Braiden Necessary, Maverick Burnett, Brian Necessary, Carsen Necessary and Brice Necessary; and his great grandchildren, Joseph Elliott, Kailey Elliott, Christian Elliott, Sophia Dobb and Wyatt Hart.
