He is survived by: his parents, David Wayne Burns and Vicky Chadwell; his son Malachi Wagers; his boyfriend Mark Ferraro; his siblings, Kendra Hundley (Brad Tuttle) of Corbin, KY, Michael Hammock of Corbin, KY, Shawn Roberts of Corbin, KY, David Roberts of Corbin, KY and Brittney Roberts of Corbin, KY; his grandmother Onia Jones; his aunts and uncles, Melissa Burns, Brittany Burns, Bobby Burns, Scotty Roberts and Daniel Lewis; and his siblings' children, Makayla Hammock, Hailey Hammock, Brayden Hammock and Dalton Hammock.
The family respectfully requests donations be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral costs.
