She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Ridener and Margie Ridener; and her brother Donnie Ridener. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Helton Grady and Deana Smallwood; her grandchildren, Kayla Reeves (Josh) and Gavin Smallwood; her great grandchild Ardyn Norah Reeves; and her siblings, Sharon King and Jerry Ridener.
Due to the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic and Joyce's personal wishes, a private graveside service will be held.
