She was predeceased by: her parents, Lando Mitchell and Clara Mitchell; and her siblings, Preston Mitchell, Kenneth Mitchell, William "Billy" Mitchell, Floyd "Doc" Mitchell, Danny Mitchell, David Turner, Sylvia Wilson (Curtis), Shirley Wombles (Jimmy) and Helen C. Mitchell.
She is survived by: her family, Judy and Bingo; her husband Hubert Ray Lowe; her daughters, Linda Carroll (Danny), April Partin (James) and Angela Buttery (Rick); her sisters, Deby (Gerald Cornelius), Anna (Joe Humfleet), Fran (Mike Cutrer) and Vicky Fox; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Mitchell, Beverly Mitchell, Peggy Mitchell, Diane Mitchell, Teresa Turner and Lois Roaden (Mitchell). She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
